Crinkled paper. When we print the copy comes out wrinkled. We found two different shaped large

When we print the copy comes out wrinkled. We found two different shaped large screws in the copier. One gold colored s***w was on the inside of the copier on the front lip and the black s***w (has as varied size on the stem of the s***w) was found under the front lip inside on the bottom under the black piece. We think the screws belong to something that keeps the paper from wrinkling . Please advise
