everyone is having what someone else might call a 'crisis'.  how you handle that situation determines if it is a crisis or just another difficult moment in your life

I think it really depends on how you view your problem / crisis.  I bet there are other people in this world who have bigger more severe problems in comparison to you, and would not think your crisis was that bad.  

Also, I have seen where people are born with illnesses, or disfigurement and or handicaps who are living high on life.  They may be limited in what they can do, think, etc...  but they can feel the most wonderful feeling just because they are alive and have the greatest family that loves them just the way they are.  You would think they would live each day complaining and crying to God about why they had to be born with these limitations, but don't and they make the most out of all that they can offer this world.  

I don't know what your crisis is, but you need to do some serious thinking about why it is happening to you, what you are learning in this process, and how you will walk away from it a little stronger.
