I an looking for some help here. I have to arrange a Christmas do for work 30 people and we only get £20 pounds per head. Very poor I know. I would like to avoid Burger King lol.

I was wondering if any of you have any good suggestions where we could go for a buffet that is cheap but good in the city centre.

An almost impossible task i know.

Your help will be very much appriciated

  1. Try some restaurants in the China Town area. There are some who offer an all you can eat buffet for less than £20. And they are handy for the nightlife after.

  2. Not impossible at all. I used to live in Manchester a few years ago and had a Christmas do at Tiger Tiger with my work colleagues and it was great. Looking at the website now and you can eat for under twenty quid per person. Good luck.

  3. TRY one of the places in Deansgate.

  4. WELL I AM AGAINST JUNK FOOD I WOULD SIT DOWN AND PLAN MY OWN HOMEMADE CHRISTMAS DINNER AT LEAST IT WOULDNT BE JUNK FOOD TO EAT

  5. IF you and your colleagues like Chinese food, the YUMYUM buffet at the Printworks charges £6 a head (Mon - Fri 12pm - 4pm), £6-50 a head Sat & Sun (12pm - 4pm), £8-95 a head for an evening buffet Mon - Thur (4.30pm - close)  and

    £10-50 a head Fri/Sat evening (4.30pm - 11.30pm).  Drinks would be extra, of course.

  6. Try this site

    http://www.christmas-and-new-year-partie...

Has places from £10 per head.
