Hi,

There are many ways to market a small business on the web.  You can buy banner ads, text links, or use PPC.  However, the best way is to get listed in a bunch of portals. Portals and directories are like phone books, and they often provide a lot of traffic because they tend to rank high on Google.

This portal is giving away a free business card holder for lising your business (I got mine a few days ago in the mail).  If you want to know about some other portals, just let me know.

IT SUCKS

haha j/k, actually it was very good. The use of images and sectioning off each part made it easy to digest. Also it wasn't too long (which I was afraid it would be). Good to keep things relatively short because most web surfers don't do a whole lot of actual reading.

It looks like you're just getting your blog going, so I'd be willing to trade links if you want. My blog is also super-new. Or, if you want to contribute to my blog (you need to see it to understand) then I'll put your link up even if you don't link back.
