what size or thickness is Bernat Cotton Tots Yarn in Aus wool sizes?

also what is a G hook (crocheting) in Aus sizes?

  1. a G is 4.25 mm  and according to a chart the yarn would be like 10 ply

  2. the G sized hook I bought here in Australia is labelled G/4.50mm and is usually used with 8 ply wool.
