Crock pot dinner ideas?

I have some frozen boneless skinless chicken b*****s, some cream of chicken soup, some fettuccini and some egg noodles, any ideas of what I can make for dinner in the crock pot?

let the chicken thaw so that you can cut it into stripps. Mix the can of chicken soup with a cup or so of sour cream together. than add the noodles into it all into the pot , add the chicken, than let it simmer and cook for a hour or soo.
