  1. There is no evidence linking crop circles ro extra-trrestrials.

  2. Crop Circles are the perfect explanation why people believe dumb things.

before the culprits confessed to creating the first circles, explaining how and demonstrating how they were made, many "noted authorities" claimed that the circles were 'far too complex' to be made by man and had to be extra-terrestrial in origin.

just goes to show you... if you DON'T understand something... SHUT UP about it!

  3. These "books" are the same books that started people on this 2012 craze. As much as I would love to say that you can always trust a book, it isn't true. I want you to think about this:

The closest star with a planetary system is about 4.3 light years away. This means it takes light 4.3 years to go from that star, to Earth. And light so so fast that in one second, it can loop the Earth 7.5 times. So this star is very far away. Now lets pretend that this planet has life on it. Now lets also pretend that it has intelligent life on it... life capable of light-speed space travel. Now lets say it wants to travel to some other planet. Well, lets look at its surroundings. It has a couple planetary systems less than 1 light year away, and then it has Earth which is over 4 light years away. Which one do you think they are going to choose? And Earth is so small compared to the sun they probably couldn't even observe to through their telescope. But they can, however, get a very good look at these other planets. What would make them travel to Earth? And if they did travel to Earth, and it took them 4.3 years to get here, why would they make funny pictures in crop fields? There is no logic behind that whatsoever.

But humans can do this just to scare people. It is a prank. You would be suprised how easy it can be done. I watched a documentary one time on these crop circles, and at one point they were testing the theory that no humans could perform this over night. To test this, they took a group of 30 people, supplied them with tractors, and were given the task to make a crop circle in the shape of a heart and an arrow. Using some basic satellite images, they were able to carve a hypothetical path through the crops and every person was given their task. Over a one night period, they were able to perform this task though they were quite tired the next day!

But why would anyone want to spend their time making a crop circle? What would be the point of that? Simple, it is a prank. It is a scare tactic. Its the same thing the 2012ers do on their website. They scare people. They get some kind of high out of it I supose. If this sounds illogical that humans are doing it, then what would be the logic behind a highly advanced alien race doing it when it took them 4.3 years to get here to begin with?

There are many books out there that simple decieve. The 2012 books are a keen example. They make them just to sell. After all, would you be interested in a book that said the world is going to end in 2012? Or that there are intelligent space aliens messing with our crops? Its all a sales technique. The people that write these probably don't even believe in what they are writing. They jump at every opportunity there is to mess with a person to make a quick buck. The same people that write these are probably working on a book for the next "doomsday" or the next "alien encounter". Don't be fooled by them.

I'm glad that your not closed minded about this though. You are willing to accept input on this idea which a lot of people wouldn't allow. Hopefully now you will be closer to the truth because these "books" don't provide a shred of it.

  4.   Definitely hoaxes

  5. There's no evidence extraterrestrials do exist, although some statistical predictions that they might.  There's no evidence any crop circles have been created by extraterrestrials, although some people persistently attribute the circles to them.

There is, however, pretty strong proof that at least some crop circles are created by humans.  Speculation abounds, but the evidence points only in one direction:  human creation.

  6. They are most definitely hoaxes. I've seen how they make them.

  7. Some people better do their home work first before posting.

www.cropcircleconnector.com has the latest and greatest of the crop circles which are mind boggling.

Always casting the human foot stompers into the light won't help anyone understand the phenomenon...

10000 and plus...probably more like 12000 crop circles up to date now.

Definitely NOT our world artists just playing a prank.

  8. I invite you to read extensively through the website

    http://www.circlemakers.org

including the early history of the circles.

I would also like to clarify that just because an artist chooses to render a geometric pattern in the grid of an agricultural field (which to some eyes begs for an artist's touch), it does not mean he is a perpetrator of a hoax.  If the artist did not try to convince anyone of the "true" nature of his work, but rather let people run with their own interpretations, the public is choosing to hoax themselves.

Oh - and members of a species that build cyclotrons can certainly learn to rake sand or trample grasses with precision.

Hope it all helps - enjoy it for what it is.

  9. Most are known hoaxes (several folks fessed up, and showed others how they did it).

    Others are still unaccounted for...

Also, many hypotheses (besides aliens) abound for their creation: Humans; Satan; ; witchcraft; Fairies (goblins, etc.)

So, though currently someone could be justified in saying we don't know for sure, the evidence points to the fact that humans at least have the ability to do it.

    What seems most likely?

  10. The stone people on Easter Island made them. There are videos of the rocky creatures coming ashore in their UFOs propelled by a pill dropped into water, and making them overnight with mood rings. Nobody has seen the video because the government won't release it from Area 51. But I know someone who knew someone whose uncle worked there.
