So, I am really wanting to join cross country this year at my high school. Practice started yesterday and I got all the paper work today.The only thing I'm worried about is if I can keep up with all of the other kids. I can run about 1-2 miles, but not much more without, stopping.So do you think I should go for it? or am I in horrible shape and wont even be able to keep up at all?
