Hey guys, I am starting to take alot of interest in cross country. Its seems so fun and intense. Im wanting to join the team but I think they already started training. I have not done cross country before BTW.I ran a lil bit over the summer, but not enough to have alot of stamina. Im pretty fast in sprinting but maybe I could use that speed at the end of the race. But My mile if it matter is 6 min and 45 secs.(Somthing like that) I know it may not be to late to join because they just started. But should I join or should I just start training for next year? And am I off to good start if my mile is like that? Top 5 in the class :)
