Cross Country Spikes?

Okay, So, I saw these cross country spikes, and in the picture, it shows the side view and the bottom view of the show, the bottom view of the shoe, It looks like the shoe has like 6 holes in it? Are those where the spikes suppose to be? but where are the spikes, when you buy them, do they give u spikes to s***w onto the shoe? o.O

Sry, this is my first year of XC.

  1. I run in XC and have never used shoes with spikes in them before. I think those might be for track and Feild.


  2. yea the holes in the bottom are for the spikes and the spikes are included  with the purchase of the shoe as well as a spike wrench so no worries you'll have everything you need!
