  1. Running is suppose to be an aerobic sport so relax and have fun!  Don't strain yourself and have fun!

Sounds like you should be icing your knee after your workouts!  Take dixie cups and freeze over night and break the cup to get the ice out and massage over your knee and legs or use a bag of ice after each workout!  You can always miss a race - just go for your PR next time.  Remember there is no finish line!

  2. my first meet is on saturday! yeah but sorry i think you should skip this meet

  3. First of all, my observation is this: is your coach a doctor? How do you know this is tendinitis? If you really want to know what problem your knee has, then go to a doctor.

Second, how back is the pain? a 3, a 10? I will run with pain if it is not more than an ache, but that's me. Some people only run when they are 100%. So you'll have to determine how bad you want to run.

  4. omg my knee is hurting too from cc !!!!
