  1. try a running shoe store, they will see which shoe fits your feet shape exactly (arch, flat, etc)


  2. check out a shoe store like vertical runner.  they can help you find the perfect shoe with the perfect fit.  you never want to buy a pair of shoes before you walk/run in them first.
