Cross country or basketball training?

Hey hey!

what do you think, should i do cc this year or continue with basketball workouts. i want to do cc to get into great shape and also meet new people cuz im a new junior at my high school. But if i did that, i would miss the basketball workouts (running on the track and lifting) that are 3 times a week because i have homework to do.

what are youre thoughts?

  1. There is no substitute for competition. What are you going to learn from lifting? You are in high school. Experience it and go out for CC.
