  1. cross country...definitely

  2. wow thats a good time, yea cross country is good for u. usually running that good of a time then ur skinny, u shouldn't do football, football players need to be bulky.

  3. 14 year old? 5:13 mile?  Wow.  That's really good.

And if you're as skinny as the coach says, that's excellent for cross country!  The less fat you carry, the easier.  The more running will build you some lean muscle without the worries of running with extra fat.  You were meant for xc!  And with some practice, you'd be a great long distance runner.  Besides, like someone else said, if your coach says you're too tiny, he might not let you play as often and that's no fun.

  4. Cross Country Def!!!

  5. Cross country! If teh coach thinks you are too small then he might not play you that much, but in cross you will run every race!

And that mile time is very good for a middle schooler. Defiantly go for cross!

  6. you should definetly do cross country!!! football is a hardcrore sport that you can get really beat up in and if you are scrawny then you might never play! 5:13 is a VERY good mile for someone your age and by the time you are a junior, there is no doubt you will be a varsity runner

  7. CROSS COUNTRY!! if you havent been training and can run a 5 13 there is no doubt you would be great a cc its a lot of fun and they are like a big family..... but know that whatever you decide its you decision and you just have to be happy and thats kinda what matters..

  8. cross country. youll go so much farther(pardon the pun). plus you know yuoll always get to compete(no game time problems) and you know your good at running. plus running will get yuo in shep if you decide to do football later on
