Cross country practice?

what can i expect to endur in Cross Country practice? just running? or weights and other stuff....HELP PLEASE???

  1. at times they do some sprint workouts aside from just distance all the time.  you gotta get used to running in the hot hot heat too.  i'm pretty sure you don't have weight lifting and stuff (only if you really wanted to, and it'd be on your own anyway)
