Cross country spikes? ?

i live in a town with very little choice of spikes for xc. i live near kc and i even went down to ***** to get a good pair but i couldnt find anything i wanted. . . i am thinking about getting the asics ghosts.. or the asics japan lightning, but i dont know what size to get???? i get a size 9 in the asics gel cumulus, what size would i wear in spikes of any kind?

well for cross country those spikes probably would be that good. Try getting all season spikes. Yea and spikes should feel very tight like a sock.

First of all do not buy them online because some times it is a scam and they take the money so be careful on what website you buy it on.and i would always get a size up so you can grow into them and they last longer.But you do not have to go by my way you can get what you want.Also talk to people you know that have spikes cause they might help you buy them.

Try them on. They should fit tight, almost like a sock. Tighter than your training shoes. And those spikes are ok, not bad at all.
