  1. Well, some things you should do are hills (painful, but benificial) mixed in with sprints and long Jogs for 20 minutes or something.....

  2. cross country is 3.1 miles..if you have a 400 meter track near you..3.1 miles is 12 1/2 laps.......just do regular stetches  calf,quad.......dont run backwards lol....try running on grass becuase that is what the races will be on

  3. I don't know to much about, this but i wish you the best'.

  4. Search online or check at a running shoe store for a 5k (3.1 mile) race in your area about 8 weeks away.  Use the training schedule on the link below to prepare for it. Then go run the race.  This should be good training.

  5. Hey. I'm on my Cross Country Team at school so I think I Could Help You Out! =D

    1. Cross Country Is Running Long Distances And Over Different Terrains like Up Hills And Through Water And Etc.

    2. Well Our Coaches Make Us Do Lunges, Squats, Toe Touches, Jogging In Place, And Jumping Jacks.

    3. Make Sure You Have Comfortable Running Shoes Like Nike, New Balance, Asics, Puma, Addidas, Reebox, Etc. And Work On Keeping Your Pace Steady Because You Will Get Tired And Stuff So You Have To Go At A Jogging Pace. And Dont Use All Of Your Energy At The Beggining. Save it For The End!! =D

I Hope I Helped!! Good Luck Hun!
