i'm not trying to beat a school record or make it to regionals or anything...i'm not real competitve in my running...im a bout to be a senior in high school and im deciding to run xc for the first time (yah random i know..but i've ran track my whole life and all my friends run xc and so i said what the heck!!) problem is i can barely run 2 mi straight. i also have asthma and i know the breathing effects me a lot but besides that...what advice do you have on how to complete 3mi straight?? kind of a broad question, but ill take any answers anyone has! thanks so much!
