  1. I would keep running - but don't do anything strenuous. You want to stay limber so a nice jog like you were warming up for a meet for a distance each day should be good.

  2. Well...I'm a track and cross country runner and what you should do is jog lightly on Monday, maybe one mile. On Tuesday go for a three mile jog ( but very lightly). Or on Monday go out and run for 30 minuets and on Tuesday go for a 45 minuet run (light jog).

  3. you should keep running but dont go hard on your runs. Just cruise it

  4. oh keep running don't stop just do easy work outs maybe a mile run or 2.. good luck on your try outs... i run track and cross country also .. i love it

good luck on the try outs

  5. take a day or two off, then run easy.  Don't do anything hard, because it won't show up in time for tryouts, and will only make your body tired when you need to run well.
