Crossing over solid line in hov lane?

what's the penalty? is it still $110 and 3 demerit points? i use the 403 in the morning and carpool with a friend, but we find that the dotted lines are just placed way off

the yellow line means dont cross! (I say look at the yellow line

a brick building)

if you crosss yellow line you can get citied

and the dotted lines means thats when you can cross into/out of the car pools lanes
