Crossing plug in airfreshener refills with a different brand of warmer?

I have an Airwick plug in base for scented oil. I wanted to try Bath and Body Works wallflowers plug ins or Yankee Candle, but since those are both the most expensive air fresheners - I don't want to buy the whole system and find out it's not worth it. Has anyone had any luck using either Wallflowers or Yankee Candle Refills with the airwick or glade warmers?

Bath and Body works often has the wallflowers on sale for $5. You get either 2 refills or a warming unit and one refill. I would suggest you wait until they are on sale and try them out. I love the creamy nutmeg. I buy them when they are on sale and stock up.

nope but i do buy Yankee candles and they are the best you can get.

I would not plug a different brand into it because if it is not connected properly then it could start a fire.
