  1. Travel by land or sea

Those traveling by land or by feet or sea must present two forms of valid identification such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate and a driver's license or other identification issued by a state or official agency.

  2. He is good to go with a green card.

I have heard all the hype too and the last time I crossed I showed my Permanent resident card and the I.N.S.guy squinted long enough to see the Canadian flag. He said "Are you going home?" I said yea and he said have a good day.

You can bet the June 2009 issues will not be strictly enforced.

I just can NOT SEE an American being sent back to Mexico for not having a passport---It is NOT going to happen
