why is it that the service from croydon to beckenham is only every half hour in the evenings and on sundays. it really annoys me, i have written to tfl twice and they havent replied. there's no excuse for this because the service to and from elmers end and the addington service is much more regular. its not fair.

  1. Go onto tfl.gov.uk and select the Tramlink option and you should find a "Contact Us" feature to contact the tram operator direct as opposed to contacting tfl.  I find myself forced to complain regularly about London buses and I always contact London Buses direct rather than tfl

  2. It's not a question of fairness but of business economics.

  3. Maybe there is more demand for elmers end and new addington...

  4. Supply and demand, Tramlink will run more frequent services on routes were they think demand will be higher.

  5. Why don't you write to Croydon Tramlink or pop in the shop in George Street  - they'll be able to give you the s.p. ! ! !

  6. You are better off speaking to the Tramlink office which is just down the road from East Croydon Station opposit the Somerfield shop, they should know the reason.
