Anything that helps gravity do it's thing. Get your bum up on a pillow afterwards - preferably with your legs in the air (against the headboard or wall is good) and stay there for a while. It's an old wive's tale, but i reckon it works.

I've heard Missonary (man on top) is supposed to be the best. But then you read everything...and I'd have to say whatever helps YOU (the girl) be the most "satisfied" (because a man's going to be no matter what). s*x is no fun unless you are enjoying it. And TTC, spice it up. Whatever is most fun... and if ya wanna trry the legs up after, go for it, gravity can't hurt anything. And also the deeper he penitrates you, the better I'd say. Have fun! I dont think the actual position when you are "doing it" really matters, but after you have "done it" you should lie with a pillow under your bum and raise your legs up, to tilt your pelvis so that the sperm runs up the way

I have heard and read that having s*x fom behidn helps and also after having you hips elevated and you don; move for 20 mintues this allows the sprem to get  to where they need to be. Best of luck to you casu ei knw I am  nto having any :(

best ones are when gravity is on your side, i.e... Man on top, doggy anything that gives the sperm a little helping hand, but pregnancy is possible standing up or even women on top....

"doggy" It allows the man deeper penetration, and the ability to "deposit" closer to the correct area...

Best Positions

The man-on-top position works well when trying to conceive. Place a small pillow under your hips following intercourse so that your cervix basically rests in the pool of s***n for a short time (perhaps 20 minutes or so). This will allow the sperm time to easily swim up through the cervix. (Important Note: Do not use a large pillow, or you may sabotage your efforts, since the sperm may then puddle behind your cervix. Not a good place to be when trying to reach that egg.)

If you have a tipped uterus, you may have better luck having intercourse from behind (hands and knees position). By having intercourse in this position it allows the sperm better access to the cervix.

Positons to Avoid

For most women it makes sense to avoid straddling their partner while making love -- woman-on-top, sitting or standing -- since this can cause the s***n to leak and may result in fewer sperm making their way to the egg.

There isn't really a "best" one, best thing for you to do though is right afterwards lay with your hips elevated for 10-20 mins!
