Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for going on a cruise in July? I know its last minute but I'm hoping there might still be something available! I've never been on a cruise so I'm not really sure how to go through the whole booking process. I'll probably leave from New Orleans or Miami or wherever is most convenient! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!!!!!!

  1. Then if 1500 is max you want Celebrity Cruise lines.  They are the best out there.   Just keep in mind if you do choose Celebrity you need a passport to cruise with them.  I went on a Celebrity cruise line 2 week cruise this past March and they made us have passports.

The 2 week cruise was $1100.

Food is EXCELENT!  Service is wicked good and they are wicked clean.  They always have hand sanatiser everywhere.

They clean the rooms 2 times a day.  I had a blast with them.

Passports if you don't have one are $100 and take 4-6 weeks, and rush passports are $160 and take 2-3 weeks.

  2. there are always last minute deals , on cruises, my friend has use this lady for a long time ,just tell her what your looking for also go to the web site of the cruise line you want to go with put how many days you want to go for good luck hope you have a great cruise

  3. HI! check for a good price http://riveraramos.vacationmedia.net/ every week you see very good special

  4. It is not always possible to find a partner to accompany you for a cruise vacation. So, instead of going on a cruise vacation all alone, it is better to join one of the many singles cruise vacations that are organized by tour operators. These singles cruise vacations have only single people on the cruise who have come to have a good time and to meet new people.

Different cruise lines offer different singles cruise vacation packages; there may be black singles cruise vacations, Christian singles cruise vacations, or maybe Jew single cruise vacations. The reason for this theming is so that singles of a similar category get to mix and know each other. So before you actually join a singles cruise vacation, it is better to check out these specialty cruises.

One of the benefits of a singles cruise vacation is that you will not be penalized by the cruise line. Most of the cruise liners tend to penalize the single traveler by making them pay more than half the amount a couple has to pay for a cruise. This rule is usually applies to hotel rooms too. However, on a singles cruise vacation, nothing of the sort occurs; the solo passenger stands to save money on these vacation packages.

These cruises provide many activities for the solo passenger to enjoy. There are introductory cocktail parties, games, icebreakers and get-togethers. Some cruise vacations even organize wine tastings and group shore excursions. With these activities, the singles get to meet each other and get to know each other on a social basis. However, those who don't actually want to meet others have other amenities to keep them busy like swimming pools, Jacuzzis, elegant dining, spas, etc.

  5. How long of a cruise are you looking for?

    and is money an object?

**Here are some 7 night cruises:

    1. The Carnival Liberty leaves out of Miami on July 5 and 19 and it starts at $729 (inside cabin) visiting Cozumel, Mexico; George Town, Grand Cayman; Ocho Rios, Jamaica

    2. The Carnival Valor leaves out of Miami on July 13 and 27 and it starts at $729 (inside cabin) visiting Nassau, Bahamas; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten

**Here are some 4 night cruises:

    1. The Carnival Fascination leaves out of Miami on July 7, 14, 21, and 28  and it starts at $429 (inside cabin) visiting Key West, Florida; Cozumel, Mexico

    2. The Carnival Holiday  leaves out of Mobile, Alabama on July 5 and 19 and it starts at $499 (inside cabin) visiting Progreso (Merida), Mexico; Cozumel, Mexico

These are just a couple examples that are still out there for this July.  Prices are very easy to look up on websites such as www.priceline.com, www.travelocity.com, etc.

**Prices of cruises fall starting in September and stay low throughout the fall.  I highly recommend going then if possible. (Do not worry about the hurricanes...I went directly through Hurricane Wilma a few years back, and it was no big deal...and usually, bad weather is navigated around.)  Also, if money is no object, I HIGHLY recommend a cabin with a balcony...especially on longer cruises.

I hope this helps!  Good luck and happy traveling!!

  6. Call Carnival's PVP (personal vacation planners). This late in the game they are probably your best bet. 1-888-Carnival.
