Depends on what you mean by "regular" price.  No one pays the "brochure" rates, anyway.  The prices at the usual travel websites may or may not be "half off", but the price listed is probably about the best you'll do, since they different vendors' prices don't really vary by that much.

You might try VacationsToGo.com; that's an easy site to navigate and has good prices.

i would go to carnival.com. they frequently have great specials for under three hundred dollars! it's the best i have seen.

They may not be half off here but they are cheaper than some that I have seen.
