Question:

Cruise Liner Jobs?

Has anyone used and successfully gained a job using www.cruiseworking.com?

I'm trying to work out if they are worth while dealing with. They are an agency that specialises in searching for cruise liner jobs. (for a small fee)

However alot of advice seems to steer towards going direct to the source instead of using an agency.

Any info about gaining a job working on a cruise ship would be great!! thanks!

  1. Others have asked this question before and several people who have worked on cruise ships have said that if you are looking for a job just go directly to the cruise line web sites.

When you go to the cruise line web sites and you will find a link to jobs, employment, human resources, or some such term. There are lots of new ships coming out the next few years so the job market should be good. I know that Holland America will debut a new ship in May. Princess, Royal Caribbean and Celebrity also have new ships coming out this year. Celebrity even has a new cruise line starting this year called Azamara.

  2. My best friend worked on a cruise ship in the Medeterainian and loved it.  I think her ship was connected with the casino she work with.  I can email her and ask her the name of the agency she worked through and pass it along.  May take a few days tho.

She loved it so much she is thinking of going back out.

  3. my grandson got a cruiseline job after filling in an online form on

    http://www.catererglobal.com

Cruise jobs are only advertised about twice a year.

On that web you need to fill in three parts to see first if the cruise companies are advertising at present. Such as barstaff, then worldwide for location etc

  4. try carnaval cruise lines web site.
