Cruise for vacationing single?

Question

What is a good cruise to take for a single female in order to feel safe, yet not be bombarded with family activities? More on the lines of being peaceful, restful, and yet invigorating.

I've gone on the Legacy - 7 days, awesome, relaxing, invigorating, FUN, lots of very cool interesting intellectual people.  It's like Adult Camp!  I'm going on the Yankee Clipper next.

If you want to have a good time and party as a single, try Carnival. If you want to just relax and not really party it up but be more pampered, try Princess.

As far as safe, they are all safe as you make them. If you want to take someone back to the room with you after a wild long night of drinking, there's no cruise line that can guarantee your safety. But if you want to keep to yourself and if someone bothers you that you feel uncomfortable with, they all have security people that will escort you when you feel uncomfortable being alone.
