Question:

Cruise price for the 3rd and 4th person?

I'm looking to book an inside cabin for this cruise, and the price listed is $929. I know that it is based on double occupancy, so that means that the first 2 people only will have to pay that full price, right? What would the cost be for the 3rd and 4th person? Also, if I were to book 2 conjoining cabins, how does the price work for that?

Here's the cruise

I really appreciate all of your help! Thank you!!

  1. Most cruise companies offer a discount on the third or Fourth person. Some may be about 1/2 the amount. Now booking 2 adjoining cabins is great, but the price will go back to the per person, double occupancy thing. To get an exact price on any cruise, go to the web site for that particular company such as Princess.com. Click on booking a cruise and proceed with everything until they ask for a credit card, then back out. That way you can get an exact price without actually booking a cruise. Then you can go back to vacations to go, get the exact cruise number you want and book it through them. My next cruise I booked with vacations to go. I knew exactly what I wanted first before I called them though.

  2. talk to a good travel agent

    and or the cruise line.

  3. The easy way to check the prices is to call a live travel agent who is a cruise specialist.  We have sources that the web sites do not. And if you were to book though us you would have only one person  to contact.

Check out our web site www.myvacationcenter.com

we do not charge a booking fee and our advice is free.

  4. Usually the price listed is per person for the first 2 people, and then the third and fourth person pay a portion of that.  I just found your cruise on the actual cruiseline website, and it is the same price.  It shows the inside cabin as being $929.

You can just pretend to book it from there.  If you are not ready to purchase it now, just don't put your credit card info in at the end.  As you go through the steps it will start to show you what your prices will be.

For this particular cruise it shows $929 each for the first two people, and then $469 per person after that.

Then it gives you a page where you can select where you want your cabin to be.

They always add in fees on top of the price of the room for food, entertainment, etc.  so the total price for this cruise is $3676.28

  5. The fares are lower for 3rd and 4rh people in cabins, quite substantially . When you book a second or even adjoining cabin the pricing starts over and once again you will pay the first 2 passengers at the higher rate then lower rates for additional passengers. You can save quite a bit by having more then 2 in a cabin since you can divide the total cost between more people. Check the pricing thru the cruise line's direct site and also thru yahoo travel, where I've been able to get pretty decent rates before. Have fun
