Cruise ship documents?

I am leaving on my cruise Apr 12 and haven't received documents yet from the cruiseline...should I be getting nervous?

No. You will get them within 2-3 weeks prior to your departure. Also, if you made them through a travel agency, they may send them to you through the travel agency and therefore you would actually receive them through your travel agency. And a confirmation from your travel agency is also valid as the cruise line would have that on file.

To further ease your mind, you might call your travel agency or the cruise line itself to check that you have been verified for the cruise date. Nothing it's a vacation, can understand not wanting to have that to worry about while still planning. But generally, I have cruised on many cruises and receive my documents about 10-14 days before leaving and have never not received them or had any problems what-so-ever. So breath easy, and just look forward to your vacation knowing that part is taken care of and will come.

Carnival usually sends out ticket packages about 30 days in advance of the sailing date.

Usually they mail them 2 weeks before. If you don't receive them by end of month, give them a call
