  1. Rates are quoted as though two people will be in the cabin.  So, if the rate is $1,500 per person based on double occupancy, then the cabin is $3,000.  If two are in the cabin, each pays $1,500.  If only one is in the cabin, than that person pays $3,000.

If the cabin can sleep three or four, the third and fourth person pay less.  So if the third and fourth person rate is $500, then the cabin would cost:

    $3,000 for one person

    $3,000 for two people

    $3,500 for three people ($1500 + $1500 + $500)

    $4,000 for four people ($1,500 + $1,500 + $500 + $500).

  2. It's per person, and it requires that there be two people in the cabin.

  3. the rates are Per Person.

i would suggest calling a travel agent, they are great for when you have questions about your cruise, which cruiseline to use, where to go(all of that and more)

    go to cruisecritic.com

    cruiseclues.com

for information on packing, "ports of call" just about everything having to do with cruises.

  4. the rates quoted are per person.   if one person wishes to have a cabin to themselves, they will be paying double as each cabin is sold  with a minimum of 2 fares.   in larger cabins,t he third and fourth person can often save  a bundle, or if the cruise line offers a deal on 3/4 guests.

BTW.. the rates are the same for all ages 2 and up.. so children must pay the same fare as adults unless there is a 3/4 rate deal.

  5. Rates are per person

Double Occupancy means 2 people per room.  When you add more people, the price per person will go down.

Have fun on your cruise.   Call a personal vacation planner from one of the cruise lines and I am sure they will help you with all questions that you might have.  Don't feel bad about asking- that is what the planners are there for.

I am always calling our planner and asking questions and he is awesome about it.

  6. that means two people in one room with the total amount at the end for example 100$ for you and $100 for the other if you are not sure ask questions they will help you when you call the toll free number you will find on their websites. we have gone on ncl.cruise lines and the travel agent were very helpful. don't feel funny asking question it is your money and you need to know things upfront before you  spend any money at all.
