  1. Disney,..moms & Dads w/ kids,..young married couples and old folks.

Carnival,..young, but the ships were kinda wore out. Service was excelent and food was good. Mostly people who save all year to take a cruise. They are in the 20 to early 30's bracket.... or the people who like to cruise and get drunk the whole time. Carnival allows sloppy drunken behavior alot more then other liners.

NCL.... 20-30 yr olds, service stunk and the ship was dirty.

Princess and Royal Caribbean..... mid 20's to 40's and beyond,..young, and fun. Decent people use them and the employees were pleasant and professional.

Costa,  holland America, celebrity..mostly your 30 and above crowd.

  2. carnival 3 day weekend cruises are full of younger people as they are cheaper and shorter so the working young can get the time off

  3. Carnival usually has the youngest passengers.

  4. All of the mass-market cruise lines have a wide age demographic.  It depends on when and for how long you cruise.  Off-season and longer cruises will tend to have an older demographic because they'll have fewer children and families, for one thing, and because older passengers tend to have more flexibility as to when and for how long the can be away.  Also, the quality of the cruise line will affect the demographics.

Carnival tends to have a younger demographic, along with Royal and Norwegian.  Holland America and Celebrity, and to some extent Princess, will have slightly older passengers.

  5. Carnival
