Cruiser bikes?

is the 125cc MOTORCYCLE CRUISER BIKE, JINLUN TEXAN, 125 a good bike to buy to learn on before getting the motorcycle licence

I agree with the guy above, go at least 250cc or a little bigger.  The MSF courses around here all use 250's, great to learn on in my opinion.  At 37 I just learned how to ride through that course and ended up going with a Honda Shadow 600 and I feel comfortable on it, I am 6'2" if that helps.  I was so excited to learn how to ride, I built a site dedicated to the new rider, please check it out.

I was gonna go with a 250 but there werent any in the area for what I wanted to spend...4 dollar gas has raised bike prices for sure. I ended up with a 700 magna but, I have had experience riding in the past, just been on a 15 year vacation. lol. This is my first street bike however. I say Honda or any of the other name brand bikes.

With everyone else.  Remember those cheap atvs people bought at christmas that are now junk.  Get a japanese or italian scooter instead.

Don't buy the cheap Korean or chinese bikes, they only last avery very short time, and they are not repairable. You will be much much better off getting a 250 rebel or any of the name brand bike. And take the MSF class, it's improtant. This is one spot where cheaper is not better.

Don't be suckered by the cheap price... you'd be better off with a moped than that bike! Buy a good used Honda Rebel, or something even a little bigger. Take the MSF course BEFORE you buy... you get to use their bikes, anyway.
