I am 18 and want to go on a cruise to the bahamas on carnival...can i drink on the cruise?

  1. If you can't spell it you probably shouldn't be drinking it.


  2. No, You have to be 21, and your boarding/charge card will show that you are below 21 so the waiters and bar staff will not serve you alcohol.

    You can drink ashore as the legal drinking age is 18 in the Bahamas.

    Remember, if you buy alcohol ashore, that you bags are checked and x-rayed each time you board the ship and it will be taken off you.

  4. You can't drink on the ship.

    However, you can drink in the Bahamas, where the legal age is 18.  

    That said, don't attempt to bring alcohol back on the ship (security will confiscate it).

    And don't have one too many and return to the ship late.  They don't wait!  =)
