Cruises from Tampa to Texas?

do you know of any cruises that go from tampa to texas

Highly unlikely...  Most cruises going out of Tampa and Galveston are round-trip only.  

Occasionally (like maybe two sailings a year) will be "repositioning cruises" but those will generally be one-way to Europe.  Maybe to San Diego or Los Angeles via the Panama Canal, but there'd be no real market for a cruise between FL and TX.

Another factor - there's an odd law about cruise ships sailing FROM the United States TO the United States.  In accordance with the Marshall laws, such a cruise would have to first stop in another country.  

If you absolutely must travel from Tampa to Texas on a ship, you'll need to charter a private boat.
