Cruises to Europe?

I am planning on paying for a European cruise for my parents (yes I know it's expensive I can afford it). I was wondering where I could find a cruise for possibly June 2009 or cheaper tickets for December.

(note: I was hoping to find a cruise with a ports of call in London)

  1. try to read informations from here. http://cruisevacationsworld.com/blog/

  2. well book with a european tour operator which will do cruises around different countries of europe like a Scandinavian or Mediterranean cruise.and i'm sure that no cruise liner will sail up the river thames to london

if you're sailing,i take it from america then use this website http://www.hollandamerica.com/main/Main....

  3. I have done several cruises in Europe and there are many options.  Two of the cruises that we did were in the Mediterranean, both the eastern itinerary that had port stops in Italy, France, Greece and Turkey; and the another western Mediterranean itinerary that had port stops in Spain, Portugal, Gibralter, the Canary Islands and Morocco.  Both of these cruises departed from and returned to Barcelona, Spain.  So you can do an eastern or a western Med cruise and they can be 7 days or up to 12 or 14 days.

Then I also did a cruise to the Baltic countries, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Eastonia, Poland, Finland, Norway, and Russia.  That cruise departed from Dover, England and so we had two days before the cruise to sightsee London.  The UK actually has three cruise ports, Dover, Southampton, and Harwick.  So there are several options for your parents to tour London either before or after the cruise.  They can take a train to and from London to/from the cruise port or arrange transfers (a bus ride) through the cruise line.

You can find these cruises very easily by simply searching the cruise line web sites for "Europe" cruises.  If you want to be sure to have London included you may need to search for cruises leaving each of the three ports I have mentioned.

Now is a good time to look for and book a European cruise for next June or December because all of the cruise lines give the best prices for very early booking a year or more in advance.
