You mean a cruise right? Um...I'd say princess. It's just beautiful and the ship is great. Food, staff, and trip is awesome and breathtaking!

Both Princess and Holland America have excellent cruisetour products in Alaska if you're looking for a large ship cruise.  The itineraries differ by date, so it might be good to decide where you'd like to go and choose the cruisetour that matches your schedule.

If you're thinking of a small ship cruise (the small ships are able to get much closer to shore so you can see the wildlife, and they visit ports where the large ships can't fit), Cruise West specializes in Alaska and has several itineraries with land touring portions.

I have been on 18 cruisetours to Alaska. All on Princess. Why ? They are the only line that puts you up in 5 star lodges. The land tour is something you will never forget. Yes, the cruise is also great however if you like the open fields, a paddle wheel cruise, an Indian Village tour, visiting the nature parks like Denali with all the wildlife, Mt. McKinley, plus the different towns and cities is just something you will talk about for years and years to come. Bring lots of film and buy your souvenirs in port like Ketchikan or Juneau. Walmart sells an excellent binoculars for $10.00 that fit into your pockets.

You will meet people from all over the world and see things that you will never forget.

I always book an inside bain as you see and do everything on deck plus save around $500.00 each. Balancony are nice however you only get to see 1 side of things plus the cost.
