Cruising the net today for topics/laws concerning accessing adoption records...?

I found a sight about adoption services that the left half of the screen was pink and dedicated to birthmothers and the right half of the screen was blue and dedicated to Adopting Families. I went up and down several times...and I never found the part about the adoptees! Oh please, please tell me this is not the norm! What are your favorite adoption related sites?

Actually most adoption agency website are geared towards these two groups.  Most do not have anything offering the adoptees.
