Crunchy down pillows?

I bought some down pillows and they are really crunchy. Will this go away, it is noisy.

You didn't buy "down". You either bought feather or a combination of down and feather. Down isn't crunchy.

Since down is supposed to be soft, I would take them back.

If you can't take the pillows back throw them in the dryer with a fabric sheet for about 15 minutes. Your pillow should be fluffier and hopefully  the crunchy sound will go away and the fabric sheet will make them smell nice. I do this once a month with my down pillows.
