Crysis high on 8800gt 1600x1200?

what fps can i expect?

less than 5 fps at low settings if your lucky.

FPS=10-15 MAX.  If you switch down to resolution to 1280x1024, stable 20+FPS.  

Do med settings that is better performence.

It takes a quad core, running usually somewhere around 2.8/3.0 Ghz, a 9800 GTX or GT, and a smaller sized screen then that.

Probably a low fps rate.  If you get two 8800's and use them together, you could improve the frame rate but I would go with a 9600 or 9900 gt because nVidia is going to release their 10 series soon so the 9 series (ex 9600 gt) will cost a lot less.
