Question:

Crystal drawer pulls in style? Out of style? Opinion please?

Hello! Thanks so much for reading my question! I've seen the loveliest crystal drawer pulls, and would love to put them in our new kitchen. However, we just moved, and the kitchen is very upscale and fairly stylish (I say this humbly! We were incredibly blessed to be able to buy this wonderful house. Quite a miracle.), and I don't want to ruin the look with something . . . gauche* is a good word for it! :-)

Thanks so much for the advice. These things are so beautiful, and, frankly, if they WERE the latest style, I doubt I'd ever know about it . . .

*Gauche = lacking social experience or grace; also : not tactful : crude <it would be gauche to mention the subject> b: crudely made or done <a gauche turn of phrase. "Their exquisite manners always make me feel gauche."

 1. Crystal drawer pulls belonge on atique looking furniture. If the cabinets do not appear to look antique I would not recomend using glass door pulls.

 2. If you love them, use them. Who is to say what is in or out of style when we surround ourselves with things that please Our eye. It is your home. Try them on and see how they look, or even if they fit properly. k***s are an easy thing to change.

 3. If you like them....use them........

 4. Politically correct answer - no, don't use them. My answer is YES! use them and create your own style. Add a touch of retro antique class to the new stylish home. Add a few more touches of antique looks to the house to really throw off the style. I am happy for you that you got such a great home - hope you enjoy it for years to come.
