Crystal falls out of place on Movado

Question

I purchased a Movado watch for my husband for his birthday through Amazon-yes trying to be less expensive. After 3 days of wearing it the crystal dislodged itself and is now floating around the face. It appears that Movado does not cover the crystal-what a shocker. I was obviously misled as to the quality of Movado watches. I do not think Amazon will take it back-although I think they should. It does not appear, even if the warranty card had been signed that the Crystal is covered under warranty. What are my options and what am I looking at in terms of cost.
