Csi game error

when i try to play my CSI game, it freezes, then window pops up saying - macromedia projector has encounted aproblem & needs to close- the error signature is - appname:csi.exe appver 8.5.1.102 modname:quicktime.qts modver 6.5.0.47 offset: 0013ad60 could you please tell me how to solve this error?
