  1. lol... don't trust a guy that can't spell... its they're not there... and no they DO NOT CARRY GUNS. they are a civilian agency not a law enforcement agency and are NOT allowed to carry weapons. they are quite simply an intelligence agency. they seek out and provide information regarding domestic and international threats/concerns. they forward and share this "intelligence" with cooperating agencies that have the power to act on the information (ie. RCMP, Army/Air force/Navy, CIA, MI5 etc. etc.)
