For wolf cubs it shows in the back of the book for electives:

Fill in 10 arrowheads to earn a Gold Arrow Point.

Fill in 10 more arrowheads to earn EACH Silver Arrow Point.

Elective 1 is broken up into arrowheads a,b,c,d...Elective 2 into arrowheads a,b,c,d,e and so on for the rest.

If he did 1 and two completely would that be 9 arrow heads (one for each letter) or just two (one for each elective)?

lyn murphy: also, how many silver can he earn?

  1. Hello Mrs. Brady:

Your son can get credit for one elective for each part of the elective. That is to say, if he completes elective 1.a., 1.c, 1.e, he gets three electives toward an arrowhead. Some packs

He can only earn one gold, but can earn as many silver arrows as he wants.

If your son is very motivated, I would suggest looking into the Academic and Sports (belt loop) program. There are many subject areas from archery to chess to swimming. Visit http://www.usscouts.org/advance/cubscout... for some unofficial information.

    Keep on Scoutin'
