Cubase question, pls help me...?

I can't get it anymore !!! I'm full of it : (

I've got an Acer Notebook - Aspire 5920G with this characteristics:

- Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7300 (2.0 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 4MB L2 cache)

- 2 GB DDR2

- Windows Vista Home Premium

- Integrated audio device (Realtek HDMI)

DOES SOMEONE KNOWS WHY CUBASE 4 DOESN'T WORK ???

Cubase 4 should work on your Acer as this is what I use and run it perfectly. Having said this, you should check out the 'Reason' which is far superior than Cubase and, it is actually, a real virtual sound studio. Freaky and unbelievable.

Now, back to Cubase. DO you have a cracked version or the original copy. Original copy comes with a key . Bootleg doesn't and is hacked. Cubase runs on your computer and irrelevant of the driver. you can install the appropriate sound card driver afterwards. For your case, choose 'Generic Driver' or Windows Generic and it will work.
