I have a Cuisinart Private Reserve cwc-900 wine cellar, which has stopped cooling. It has a Thermoelectic compressor-less cooling system, which looks like a little square plate sandwiched between to heat sinks, one small and one large on the exterior. It looks like some fluid has drained from this apparatus but I don?t know from witch part. I have disassembled it and the square plate (part # tec1-127-08) was covered with white stuff that resembles wet paint. The plate still gets hot. Does anybody know what I need to do to fix this and would it be worth my time? Thanx Bryan
