Cukurcuma, Beyoglu?

Is Cukurcuma, Beyoglu a nice area to stay in? I found an apartment there for only 45 euror per night. Isn't this a good deal?

Need your advice plz.

Cukurcuma has a lot of character. It could be very run down as most of the buildings in the area are quite old. At the same time, it is a very inexpensive price and the location is convenient. It could be worth a try.
