  1. 1. Do you use spices a lot while making a certain cuisine? Every time I use spices.

    2. Are you intrested about using more kinds of spices from around the world, adding to your food? why?

Yes, I use Curie, nutmeg, laurel leaves. It's very deliciously for my taste!

    3. What is that so interesting about spices, is it the shape? the color? the scent? or the benefit?

Of course not for me, only taste is better!

  2. Food without spices would be very dull. I'm a passionate cook and use for every dish the adapted spices. Since I cook very international the list would be too long.

  3. 1. yes, its a must to make it  more flavorful. otherwise the meal would be very bland.

    2. i'm always interested in new recipes and improving the flavor and technique of making dishes because it feels good to dish up something that everyone likes, especially when they ask for more. It would really suck if the people who ate at the table didn't like the food that the cook prepared--the cook would get somewhat embarrassed, offended and defensive.

    3. the best thing about spices is the taste benefit and the garnish aspect of it. it looks nice to garnish dishes for instance with chives on potatoes....garnishes around the plate.

  4. 1.  Depends on what I'm cooking, but almost everything contains a spice, mostly black pepper.

    2.  Sometimes.  Depends on what foods I have eaten containing that spice, and if it can be used outside that particular dish.

    3.  The scent and/or flavor.  Health benefits come in close second, as I am a student of natural and oriental medicine.

  5. I like Spices and using different spices it gives you a push to the food and arouses the flavor; I use cinnamon, sage, mint, cardamon, Cumin's , Safaran, Peppers all "white, red, black"  so many I do not recall all of them.

also I don't have to use a lot of fat to make the food tasty "pepper is enough to do the job" .

and about the color too I use carry, & the yellow one "I don't know what is it called but the one you put it in Cuscous" to give it a yellowish great color. it's the make up but for the food :)

  6. 1.  I make Indian food daily, so I use lots & lots of spices!

    2.  I use quite a bit of spices already, I also use lots of different spices (ras al hanout, dukkah, Chinese 5 spice....).

    3.  Spices add an incredible depth of wonderful flavors to the food and many have medicinal properties that aid in things like digestion, increase metabolism, anti-oxidants....

    Hope this helps.

  7. 1.: Yes, of course. Spices and herbs

2.: Yes, definitely. It is always great to explore new tastes and recipes.

3.: All of the named things. And the flavor they add to ingredietns you have used for a long time, and never knew they could taste so different with just that little change in preparation.

I just love cooking and baking.
