i don't know what this means.

the standardized recipe is for 40 portions. The party is 350 guests. Find the working factor.

If someone knows how to do this could you post it or some site where it'll tell me how to do this.

  1. If the party is for 350 people and your recipe feeds 40, you need to

    prepare 9 recipes for this party since 9 X 40 = 360, and you can have

    10 extra helpings leftover.  Do you understand this? Hope this helps.
